The switch to is mobile it is not an easy one and the customer service is a joke. Therefore I decide to cancel the contract while being within the cooling off period. When I clicked at the option to find out the costs for leaving to my surprise I was informed that I’d wants to charge me the whole amount for the rental line (94 pounds)plus the bill for the first month even though I am I’d customer just for a day. How is that possible?
