Cancel my SIM plan

Hi, I am trying to cancel my sim only contract and request a PAC code. However when I try and do this I keep getting an error message saying ‘something went wrong’. Please can someone help. Thanks Andrew

    I just got a new phone contract from iDmobile and want to cancel my existing IDmobile sim contract
