I would like to cancel a phone I ordered on 14/12/24 that I still haven't received yet and that I have already need billed 44.99 for a monthly bill

You will need to contact the provider that you purchased from directly, i.e iD Mobile, Carphone Warehouse, Mobiles.co.uk or Currys for example. If you purchased online, you’d have 30-days to return, so please contact them immediately to help with doing so. You can contact us via live-chat if purchased directly from us:

If you purchased from anywhere except ourselves, or in-store, then you’d only have a 14-days return period, which you’d unfortunately be outside of if trying to return from now.
