I cancelled my plan yesterday 8th July 2024 but I have not received confirmation. Is this normal?

I think 30-days notice is required for a cancellation,
If you gave iD notice yesterday, your contract ends around 7th August 2024.
Perhaps iD Mobile don’t acknowledge a cancellation - maybe speak to a customer adviser online.
