Hey there @gytis, we’re sorry to hear that.

Unfortunately, we do not officially support the usage of our SIM cards in any device outside handsets, and the handsets listed on our website, which is why it unlikely worked in the router I’m afraid.

In terms of the return, you would indeed have a 14-day returns period. However, to do so, you’d need to contact whoever you purchased this from to set up a return.

If you leave via PAC code for example, or requested a 30-day disconnection via the app/website, then this would automatically incur the termination fee via our systems.

Therefore, you’d need to contact us to set up a return for the process to be completed correctly and for you not to be charged that bill.

Thanks,

Tyler

sorry for late response, and yes, a little bit. so I went on a chat with one of your advisors online, he cancelled my contract, said it suppose to be free, because I cancelled before 14 days, but few days ago, I got a bill for £8, it is not over £30, so I’m ok to pay, but it should be free.

thanks

Hi @gytis ,

Your final bill would charge you for the days that the account was active.

The £8 charge will be the charge for the date the contract started until the disconnection was processed.
