I want to cancel my contract as I’m still within the 14-day cooling-off period. I'd also like to keep the number I brought over from my previous provider.
 

The signal is terrible – I can’t get 4G or 5G in my house, and I barely have any regular reception.

Can someone please get in touch with me before the cooling-off period ends? I’m struggling to find information on cancelling contracts during cooling off period while keeping my existing number, especially as my ID sim is digital, not physical

You need to speak with a live chat agent and request they cancel the account under the cooling-off period. The sim will be converted to pay go, and you’re then free to port back out.
