Unable to call out or receive calls in on 4G. Same problem yesterday. Can use WhatsApp. Help iD this is not good enough.

Thank @cjcox, looks like iD Mobile have switched OFF their 3G network service in your area.

Your device doesn’t seem to be supported by iD Mobile for 4G VoLTE calls on their network, sorry.

Is the iD 3G network service switched OFF in your area?

What make and model handset are you using with your iD SIM?

Hi @cjcox 

 

Unfortunately as the Moto G5 isn’t an officially supported on our network, you may encounter issues with using it in conjunction with an iD Mobile SIM.
