Hi I was leaving idmobile and went to pay my final bill but I couldn’t access there on line account as they restricted my account and then phoned them and there automated phone line wasn’t working either it was only £4 bill but after months they said I have missed 2 payments and put it on my credit report the bill is gone know and I am in credit for £5 is there any thing I can do to get this off my credit report
