Hi, 

I believe my 24 month contract has come to an end this month, so when I press leave iD mobile it’s telling me I still have an additional £24.40 to pay even though I paid more a month for my contract. I haven’t used any excursions or passed my monthly allowance so wondering why they are charging me extra?

Has the expiry date passed for the contract?

If you try to leave whilst in contract you will be charged for leaving.

You can check with our Live Chat Team for clarification on the end date.
