Hi,

trying to cancel my sim pnly plan during cooling off period, can’t get through to chat due to obviouls other issues today (Thursday 23rd), but am well within 30 days postal cooling off period.

Please cancel.

I couldn’t get thourgh to live chat as it was the ‘3’ decided to meltdown! haven’t tried since but will try now.
