This is disgraceful I broke down yesterday I couldn’t call ANYONE on the side of a motorway trying to get someone to stop to help it’s DISGUSTING that I’m paying for a service and after 9 days of complaining STILL NOT FIXED! No easy way to contact people not a network id recommend joining at all!! 
 

if anyone can shed any light on how you contact a actual person to talk to that they answer im all ears!
