double billed when wanting to leave?

so my Contract is for £7 a month Sim only on a one month Rolling contract and unfortunately the Three Mobile signal is no better than it was four years ago when I last tried to ID mobile so I’m gonna leave again however for some reason I am being billed for two months of use? I’ve only been a part of ID Mobile for two days… 

 

Yes, I owe an extra 15p because of a text, but that’s no excuse to be charging double

So if this isn’t a warning to stay away from ID mobile, I don’t know what is
