My phone contract is up for renewal on 1/11/24 is this on an auto renew as I can't find anything to stop this from happening if it is and if I go to cancel contract now it tells me I have to pay 110 in outstanding balance when I've not gone over the allocated minutes, data etc on my plan. Basically I want to leave ID mobile asap but also at the end of my contract so I don't have to pay any extra. Hope this makes sense.
