End of contract but charger an extra month.

So I am out of contract, but looked at my final bill and they have charged me an extra month? Best of it is i have signed up to a sim only deal for 12 months. The ball buster with the sim only is i can't take my old number because I am staying with ID.

    We are sorry to hear you have received unexpected charges. Have you requested the cancellation of the plan you no longer need? You would need to do this in order to avoid any further monthly charges. 

    Unfortunately, we are not able to port numbers between contracts so if you have order a completely new plan, you would be provided with a new number.
