Everytime I'm on a call now matter where I am, anyone on the other end can't hear me and says i keep breaking up. This has been constant feom setting up with I'd mobile.

I have tried all the tips I have been told about checking microphone and area I'm in and settings etc but it is still the same. This is shocking and I'm annoyed that I'm only in the 1st year of a 2 year contract and I want out. Iv read many people are dealing with the same thing and being fobbed off about areas or works going on or anyone else is at fault rather than the provider. What can I do?

Have you tried a replacement SIM card, @Staceylouise1987

Does you iD SIM behave the same way in a different phone? A faulty SIM can sometimes cause strange behaviours on mobile networks.

Hi @Staceylouise1987

I’m sorry to hear this, if this is happening everywhere this sounds like it could be a SIM/device issue.

It’s worth trying the SIM in another device, as well as trying a replacement SIM card as suggested above.

Who do I contact in regards to a new sim sending or having someone look at the phone?

Thanks 😊

Hi @Staceylouise1987,

You can contact our Live Chat Team if you require a replacement SIM.

https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

If you believe that there is an issue with the handset you can visit your local Curry’s store to have the handset looked at.
