Although I left ID at the end of November and was told they would issue a final bill the day after I used the PAC number. I have not received one and they have continued to take the next monthly payment and trying to get an an answer from their stupid bot is ridiculous

Are you sure the PAC code has been used? As in being submitted to another network and they have completed their transfer of the number from us to them?

 

Final bill would happen within 24 hours of that, not of it being requested.

 

If so and you didn’t get a final bill, please let us know so we can get in touch and take a look, or for a quicker service, we’d recommend using the Live Chat, Facebook or Twitter.

Thanks for your reply, My number was transferred on 22nd November according to the email I got from UW.

I see you mentioned the live-chat is a bot, but that’s only before passing you to an agent. Please try the following on there:

 

1) Type "Hi"

2) Type your issue in brief

3) Type "Speak to an agent"

4) Click on "Customer Service" from the options provided

5) Type your full name

6) Type your mobile number
