After my brain injury my son helped arrange my contract to purchase my iPhone with a call and data plan over 24 months but Id increased monthly payments for CPI on both purchase and plan costs.
How do I get my phone and move my call and data plan to a reasonable provider like Giffgaff?

As per your contract terms and conditions your contract would be subject to RPI/CPI.
If you wish to leave the contract early you would be subject to a termination fee.

Only issue might be the early termination fee, if you leave before the 24-month minimum term for your iPhone contract has finished.
Text “INFO” to 85075 to find out how much it would cost to leave iD Mobile today. You might be asked to verify yourself.
