can anyone help me to cancel my account? my contract started on 24 July 25, and i purchased it online so i have 30 days cool off. but id mobile agent stated i must cancel via carphone warehouse. carphone warehouse say that as i’m outwith their 14 day cooling off, the cancellation needs to be done by ID mobile as they are not providing an effective service by there poor coverage.
ive been disconnected from agents repeatedly on live chat. can i contact someone by email? im worried my 30 days cooling off period will end before ive been able to make proper contact with id mob. hope someone can help. TIA

The 30-day return window is only available for purchases made through the iD Mobile website (idmobile.co.uk) or via the iD Mobile telephone sales team. If you purchased the contract through Carphone Warehouse (Currys), you have a 14-day return window, not 30.
