I pay for ID Mobile accounts for my partner and daughter. I used to be able to log into the ID Mobile portal and see what scheme they are on and compare costs and offers etc. The previous links and credentials now take me to  a new site asking me to re-register which I cannot do without the phone as it texts info to the phone - which I do not have with me.

Is there any way of logging in as I used to or would it best necessary to request PAC codes and ,move to  a provider where I can still do this?

Since our new App release in April, all customers need to re-register their account in order to login. Therefore, if not re-registered yet, you’ll need to do so in order to view your account details and upgrades etc.
