how do i book a date to exit my plan

My plan ends on 15th July and I wanted to book a date 30 days from today to end my plan but when I tried on the app it gave me no such option and said they ended my plan

today. Now I will have yo pay £41. I want my plan to end when I want it to not today! 

 

Plus if they end my plan without me using my pac I won't be able to port my number.
