I wanna leave id mobile but can’t because for 3 months now, and despite making time to spend precious time troubleshooting the problem, I still get no data or network service so can’t make calls, can’t receive calls, can’t send text messages and can’t get none.  This also means I can’t get a PAC, so I can’t leave id mobile, and I ain’t gonna pay another month for data and a network service I ain’t been getting.  I raised an complaint and they said to go to the store and get PAC, the store say get it from id mobile.  How do I get a PAC to leave id mobile if I can’t get and send texts and make or get calls?
