I Cant get PAC code

Cant get it via Text or app. Its been over a week.

Agent cant do it either, lied to me about "it'll be there in 30 minutes" lol 😆 

Classic.

I need a PAC code please.. I changed my number in the last 6 weeks, not sure if this is related..

I've spent weeks updating my apps and family friends and customers, now I'm.concerned ID cannot generate a PAC for me. I hope you actually can help me.
