I have bought ESIM and can not cancel the contract

I bought an ESIM accidentally yesterday with monthly contract. I am okay to pay first month. as it was my mistake.

 

But I can not cancel it . I contacted the CHAT service and   they need an actual IDMobile phone number to cancle my ESIM.  But I dont have real SIM or number form IDmobile  .   

 

Apparently  all ways are blocked.   

 

Could you help please

@sumncc  Try calling the sales team on 020 7139 1397 - the sales advisers work 9am - 6pm.
