I have two very old phones that I need to stop paying for as they were destroyed with the SIM cards some time ago. I have the numbers on record but can not use them of course as they were destroyed, I can not find a way to cancel them on the site or find someone to actually speak as there are no contact numbers on the website. The only way was to cancel the direct debit so I have cancelled them both but need to let ID mobile know what has happened.
How do I actually get in touch with someone to discuss this?
