I have recently joined id mobile and have received my sim and everthing went ok so I ordered another sim card for my wife but forgot to add her pac code. I have been trying most of the day to add it but cannot get past the chat who will not accept that my wife was messaging them to ask them to apply the pac code. Through this experience I have now decided that ID mobile is NOT the servive provider I expected and wish to cancel both accounts but can't even find out how to do that on their website so I am hoping I can find the answer here please🙏. Can I just cancel both direct debits?
