Hi @Kelly Moore 👋🏻

If you have requested a PAC (to keep your number) or STAC (to be given a new number) code from iD Mobile and you have redeemed it with your new provider your number will be ‘ported over’ to them and your new contract will automatically start at that time and the iD Mobile one will end.
If you have purchased a SIM without using a PAC/STAC code then you will need to contact the live chat to close your iD account.
