issue with getting PAC CODE

I have tried multiple times to get a PAC code, I keep getting a message that ID have run into a problem

The message says I need to contact ID at: is mobile.co.uk/contact-us

but where ???? There are no numbers & the chat bit isn’t helpful

Tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”, @Pchild.

Online help & support is the only option with iD Mobile.
