The network coverage is deplorable Three is by far the worst Internet and call provider i have ever had the misfortune to have to rely on so I will pay id for the early ending of my contract

I guess everybody has a different experience with the Three UK mobile network, ​@Donnie McCallum

For me, Internet access, texts, and calls have be fine over 10+ years of using Three UK’s network.

You get issues with all networks unfortunately. All depends on masts available in your area and congestion. Three is the only network to offer 5G in my area currently.

Yes as you say I suppose it depends on where you are but I work in London and I find the Internet and trying to make calls deplorable even when I come home I have to rely on WiFi as the use of my data is a waste of time but that's me everyone will be different

I have a backup eSIM card in my phone (dual SIM) that I use for data only when I don’t have sufficient Three coverage as I live in a very rural area. I find this helps me with coverage black spots.

I agree 3 network the worst ever had 3 ten years ago and was shocking but foolishly thought it would be better this time.How wrong can you be 

02 were more expensive but never had any problems and customer service was great can’t say that about ID mobile.How do I buy myself out of contract as it’s that bad, better off without phone😡

Every time I make a phone call the other person can hear me but dead at my end not even ringing been doing this for about 5 days now my wife has your sim as well and she is the same

Mine I phone 10 

wife’s I phone 14 

We live in G78 2AW 

Just outside Glasgow 

had same phones when with O2 and no problems only changed to you because you were cheaper

On both handsets, can you please go to Settings - Phone - My Number and check that your numbers are showing correctly? 

There will need to begin with +44 and not 0.

Hi just done that and both phones numbers start 44 .this has only happened in last week it’s as if everything is very very slow even download and email accessing internet the lot it was never lightening fast but now 😩

When we phone out it takes ages to start to ring maybe 25/ 30 secs before it goes anything if at all

how do I get out of my contract please can’t take anymore. I rely on my phone for my old infirm dad and ID mobile is not good enough
