Hi,
I have 24 month contract with mobile and tariff. I have already paid 23 instalments and hence last once should be going on mid of this month. What will happen after 24th payment? Will my 25th payment will reduce to tariff only charge as i have already paid for mobile?
Why info SMS is saying that i have to make full payment of 25th month as well?

Hey there
Your contract will not automatically end, and your contract price will not automatically change or reduce. If you want to reduce your cost each month, then you’ll need to upgrade via the iD Mobile app/website when logged in to a cheaper plan.
If you don’t upgrade, or decide to leave us, your plan will continue on the same tariff at the same cost each month until you decide to do one or the other.
