leaving after contract period

I was on a 24-month contract, which ends in four days. I have requested a switch to a different provider, but they said the earliest they can do it is in about eight days. This means I will have an additional four days on a rolling contract with ID Mobile (assuming it automatically rolls over).

Does this mean I will only pay for the additional four days of the monthly plan, or will I be charged for the entire month? Thanks!

Hey there @JB2018, thank you for reaching out.

If you use 4-days extra after your contract end date, or past your last bill date, then that’s correct, you’d only pay for the 4 extra billing days, not for an entire whole month :)

Thanks,

Tyler

Hey there @S Z Shah, if you need to give 30-days notice to disconnect, please follow the below on the app/website:

Simply log in, go to the 'My account' page, and on the 'Manage my plan' tile click 'End my plan'.

Thanks,

Tyler
