Leaving ID contract ends today

Planning to leave ID today as my contract ended . Why it's says I will be charged £ 115 for leaving ? That's ridiculous 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hey there ​@Elina Andersone, your final bill will only be that if you’re leaving your contract early, or if you’ve got unpaid bills on the account. 

 

Is it definitely today your contract ends?

Hi Tyler . Yes it's today . I don't end it early . No unpaid bills always pay by direct debit

On my app also was receiving email of reminding date of ending

You’d only be charged for ending your iD 24-month minimum term phone contract if you close your iD account within the minimum term, ​@Elina Andersone.

You can text INFO to 85075 (from the phone with your iD SIM), for details of any charges to close your iD account.

Hi, I am having a very similar issue - my 24 hour contract ends today - 14th October 2025 - and when i tested leaving iD mobile it says that my estimated final bill will be £100.32!??
I also pay by direct debit and have had no issues paying this over the 24 months. I feel trapped. Can you help please?

I do apologize if you are having issues with your contract, and it is disheartening to hear that you want to leave iD Mobile.

Kindly be advised that the final bill is high if you are leaving the contract before the contract duration ends, especially when you request disconnection mainly via the PAC/STAC code and a 30-day disconnection period. Please check if your contract expires today, 14/10/2025, and not in 2026.

The contract ends today on 14th October 2025. I have been getting reminders about updating phone etc for the last number of weeks.

If your payments are up to date and there is no outstanding balance, then the amount you were quoted may not be accurate. The final bill will depend on the cancellation method you choose, either a 30-day disconnection, PAC, or STAC code.

I would recommend reaching out to our team via our social channels (Facebook or Instagram), Live Chat, Community, or by emailing us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk
We can then check your account and confirm that you won’t be charged the incorrect amount.
