Hey there @valebarts, welcome to Community!
That is correct, if you leave via PAC code past your contract expiry date, you’ll only be liable to pay for the days the line-rental remained open. For example, you’d only pay three days if you left after three days from the expiry date, and that works out at the total cost of your contract per month divided by 30 days as you’ve mentioned.
Thank you,
Tyler

Kash
My contract is up and I do not want to continue and have made this clear but ID mobile is still requesting full payment even though I have paid to end of my contract?
Hi @Sean Patrick Donnelly
How is it you’ve made it clear to us you don’t want to continue?
Did you request a cancellation? Did you request and use a PAC code?
Tom
