live chat useless

My father recently passed away,. I’ve tried using the chat function to talk with someone and send a copy of death certificate. 
The service keeps kicking me out after waiting for ages (upwards of 10 mins).

can I speak to customer relations in a phone call, or email them?

I’ve tried 5 times now and wasted so much time, very frustrating!
