Hi ive lost the sim, I don't know the number but I've been sent an email saying cancellation of the direct debit isn't enough to cancel the contract. I need help.

I am writing in response to the final demand notice issued on 20th February 2025 regarding my ID Mobile account (Account No. REMOVED). I want to pay the charge.

Due to the loss of my SIM card, I am unable to visit the ID Mobile website, use the mobile app, or contact customer support via idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support.

Please what can I do?
