How do I actually get some help with this rather than just search a series of notice boards? I want to at least speak to a chat bot

      What phone do you have?

      Do you have VoLTE enabled on your handset?

      If you wish to chat to an advisor then you can use the Live Chat…
      https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

      When you open the chat type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box to get around answering all the inane chat bot questions.
      Please be aware that the advisors handle a few chats at a time so it may take a while to actually get a chat started and then get replies, so make sure you have the time set aside to do this.
