need pac code but text dont work

My texts have never worked properly but I got by with WhatsApp instead. I want to receive a pac code to leave, but can’t receive the text message. I also can’t verify using the ID app because it sends a text message too

    Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Kirst Minogue   

    The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
