I've had no proper service from iD Mobile since day one — calls drop, data is unreliable, and support has been near impossible to reach. I'm paying monthly for a service that simply doesn't work, and now I'm being expected to wait weeks for a response? I'm absolutely sick of jumping through hoops to try and get in touch with an actual member of staff. And then the hoops that I have to jump through to resolve a network issue on their part 😒 to be told says our end network is working! I'm not doing this for fun! I'm not calling for the crack. Absolute joke of a network and a service. Would never recommend.
This is unacceptable. I've tried all available channels and I'm getting nowhere. I am now requesting immediate contract termination without fees, as this is clearly a breach of contract under UK consumer rights.
If I don’t receive a response within 14 days, I’ll be escalating this to CISAS and Ofcom. I will also be sharing this experience widely to make others aware.
iD Mobile – please do the right thing and cancel this contract now. I’m not paying another penny for zero service.
