NEVER AGAIN

New to idmobile but wish I never set eyes on them

if you are lucky enough to never have a problem or question then you might be ok other wise you are directed to the live chat where 9 times out of 10 you never resolve the issue

when you do manage to get a phone number the number just keeps sending you to live chat 🤷🏼‍♂️

all in all very disappointing and can’t wait for my contract to end

Hi there @Drew1966

Well I’m unlucky too.

Do you want to share what’s wrong, there’s no obligation?

If not and you’re within 30 days of starting your 12/24 month contract with iD you can cancel (paying only for the use up to that time plus any returns cost for the phone if you bought one).

If you’re on a 12/24 month contract, but gone over the first 30 days, then you can now see your contract start date and the duration. From there you can work out when to leave without paying  ETF’s.

You can find this contract info via the app → Plan (look below Change my plan) → Look for Contract details and click the drop down arrow

If you’re on a 1 month contract then simply ask for a PAC  or STAC towards the end of the month.
