No phone signal, I am a vulnerable customer, who needs phone to be working so hospital and GP can call me. New customer of Idmobile

I have recently purchased a new sim from Idmobile, I have had no signal since a week past on Saturday (ML6 9HW).

 I have tried numerous different options to correct the problem but nothing seems to work, I have an IPhone, Can you please assist.
