No services after PAC requested

I requested a PAC yesterday, I get it but didn't use it, since I received my service is gone. Can't make calls, can't recive calls, no data. I have spoken to the customer service she couldn't help either. Forwarded my issue to some technical department. She said might take 48hours. 

Without WiFi I am not able to do anything.

Getting a PAC would not normally affect any of your network services, ​@Zsu

You’d need to submit your PAC to another new service provider, for services to be affected.

Your iD SIM might be damaged or faulty - does it work in a different phone?

Hi ​@Zsu  sorry to hear this.

Just being issued a PAC would not affect your services. Your PAC is valid for 30 days, and once given to your new provider your switch will take place.

Have you already given the PAC to your new provider?

No I didn't do anything with the PAC.

It's solved anyway.
