I’ve been with ID mobile for 6/7 months, first 3 months have been fine.  After about 3 months when I call out or when I receive calls the other person cannot hear me.

toggling between the speaker and mic sometimes works, other times I have to cut off and call back or the person calling me cuts off and calls back.

Apple have carried out around 6 diagnostic tests both on store and over the internet and cannot find anything wrong with the device.

I have an iPhone 15 pro which came with the contract.

Apple have asked for the iPhone to be sent in so they can simulate testing.

they mentioned that my ID mobile profile may need to be re-provisioned/ re-created? 

I ordered a new sim and have been using this for about 1 month but gives the same issue.

I have tried resetting network, that didn’t work, I deleted everything of the phone and set it up as a new phone and that hasn’t worked.

is there anything you can recommend or suggest?
