I have requested a PAC code in which it asked me for the DOB but however it states that my DOB is wrong which is not possible. And I have no idea how this can be fixed and is beginning to worry me. Is there no other way a PAC can be requested.

Tell the chatbot you want to “talk to a person”, and ask them for your PAC.
