Hi all, any help appreciated. I’ve order a new phone deal through uswitch. It’s with ID mobile. I’m already with ID mobile and the reason I went through uswitch is that they couldn’t offer me the same deal on an upgrade option. The uswitch deal was obviously better. My question is, how do I port my current number? Do I act as though I’m leaving ID and then return with my pac code or is there another way to arrange this?

Unfortunately as you’ve purchased a new contract and not an upgrade, the number you already have with iD Mobile wouldn’t go to the new plan and wouldn’t be able to be directly transferred to a new iD Mobile plan, sorry.
You may be able to explore the option of a triangle port, to move your number to another network’s Pay As You Go plan for 24+ hours and then from that to the new iD Mobile plan.
