I have tried to leave ID multiple times and I cannot because I cannot get a PAC code. I was told to wait 48hrs and try again but it still will not work. I can also not find out the remaining balance/cost to me if I leave now because again this says ‘error’ and doesn’t work. Please can you help me with this. I have spoken to three agents already over the past few weeks and it is still not resolved.
