I’ve tried to use my pac code I received, however, as it has less than 2 days left before it expires, it’s not being accepted by my new provider. 
 

I’ve tried to re-request my pac from IDmlbile, but I’ve just received the same, old code. 
 

I need a new one asap.

We are sorry to hear your previous PAC is no longer valid. 

Unfortunately, we do have to wait for that one to expire before issuing a new one. 

Have you been able to raise the request for a new PAC code?
