PAC code not being generated by ID


I have been trying since Friday 13th June 2025. We have tried on app, online and live chat. Nothing works.

Under Ofcom regulations, I am entitled to receive my PAC code within one working day. It's literally in the law. 

Seems like delay tactics. 

Has anyone found a solution to this. I will be reporting this to the Ombudsman.

We are sorry to hear you are having issues with receiving your PAC, can you please expand on what has been happening and what has been advised when contacting our team?

 

Have tried requesting this via text? 

Using your iD Mobile SIM, text PAC & your Date of Birth (DDMMYY) to 65075 or STAC & your Date of Birth (DDMMYY) to 75075.

Your team can't issue the PAC due to some "technical" issues. Delay tactics. I've exhausted all avenues you have to get a PAC code. None given.

Hey there ​@Masterpeace, we would never delay our customers from leaving us or receiving a PAC code, and would only state we’re having technical difficulties if we were.

 

Have you reeived your PAC code thus far please?
