PAC code not supplied

I submitted a text to 65075 with content PAC 210237 and got the response, “we ran into a problem … check you’ve entered correct date of birth in format DDMMYY … if still not working contact us  … and we’ll look into it for you”.
This is my request for it to be looked into, please? What is going wrong?

I get the same response. Could it be that the date of birth held on file is incorrect?
