Please help me to leave ID Mobile in April’25


Hello,

 am about to move to the Cayman Islands later this month.  Please would you cancel my account and ensure you do not take any more payments.

1. CLOSE account:

Please only use the April direct debit payment to settle my final amount  and close my account.

  1. CANCEL direct debits

  1. Please edit your above post and remove your phone number as this is a community forum so is not secure. 
  2. You need to use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Salacia to give 30 days notice period to cancel your account.   

    The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

The ID Mobile signal is so poor… I can’t access your live chat link 🤷🏽‍♀️
