I cannot call from my number and  cannot receive calls and also cannot send text message, shows information falls

I’m having exactly the same problems 

I’ve done all of the advice & it’s still not working. Normal texts from a Samsung can come through. I just can’t reply. Can’t except calls normally but dan over watts app. This is not good enough
