problem receiving calls &calls and send yext messages

Which make & model phone do you have? I’d recommend checking out these guides:

I’m having exactly the same problems 

I’ve done all of the advice & it’s still not working. Normal texts from a Samsung can come through. I just can’t reply. Can’t except calls normally but dan over watts app. This is not good enough
