Rude call centre staff in Cape Town

Why are the staff in Cape Town so rude, patronising and degrading? I have a contract due for renewal, and found it is more expensive to upgrade rather than be a new customer (so much for loyalty!!)

I had the displeasure of calling Cape Town to discuss this and was met with a torrent of lies, and downright rudeness. At least two managers have admitted lying to me (on recorded calls) and numerous agents who simply do not listen and do not want to assist customers. Promise after promise not delivered, and even been shouted at by a manager.

 

Does anyone have a phone number for the Executives Office as Cape Town have informed me they do not have a head office complaints team in the UK (they do, but they don’t want you speaking to them), its an Ofcom requirement and they say they don’t exist, all Cape Town want to do is deadlock
